Full Time Service Advisor
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service within our Toyota Service Department.
The main focus of this position is to liaise between the dealership and our customers on repair, maintenance and service information of vehicles, and be a team member of our Service Centre Team.
You will also be responsible for:
- Answering and responding to customer enquiries and service bookings both face to face and via phone.
- Greeting customers on their arrival, listening and responding to their requests and processing of their vehicle.
- Communicating general technical information to customers.
- Contacting customers with follow up calls on the status of their vehicles and/or recent vehicle service.
- Thorough processing of administrative paperwork to close out all service transactions each day.
- With your fellow team members ensure excellent presentation of our Service Centre at all times.
- Supporting your fellow team members whenever necessary.
To be successful in the position you will need to:
- Have previous Motor Vehicle Industry experience OR Service Industry experience.
- Automotive technical knowledge is preferred.
- Hold a current and valid NSW driver’s licence.
- Experience in following administrative processes.
- Experienced skills in computer/technology.
- Have a happy, friendly and helpful personality.
- Be highly motivated in delighting customers.
- Be an active member of our Service Centre Team.
- Be able to work calmly and organised under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Full Time Apprentice Technicians

Today’s mechanics enjoy the physical and mental challenges of mechanical and software-based servicing and troubleshooting, Work with our teams in Granville or Girraween and benefit from market-leading Toyota apprenticeship training and Toyota support.
To be eligible you will typically be in the process of or have already completed Year 12 (or Year 10 or 11) and are able to manage on-the-job and apprenticeship training at our sites and at the Toyota training facility in Moorebank over the next 4 years. We promise you will want to stay longer!
To be a great First Year Apprentice you need…
- Enthusiasm and determination to become a qualified technician
- Possess a strong mechanical aptitude and like working with your hands
- Ability to troubleshoot and use software diagnostic equipment
- A willingness and capability to follow instructions and complete tasks.
- True team player approach and ability to meet deadlines and work to schedules.

Our service levels are why we are a top shelf dealership. Our positions are mostly full time, but we try to offer part time and varying start & finish times to provide you with flexibility.
We also provide various leave options when you need time to juggle life, or to rest and recharge. Our Sales teams currently have a 10 day fortnight with 4 RDOs (1 more than industry practice) to provide time with family, friends and important “downtime” and we encourage all our teams to take their annual leave to ensure they are refreshed and ready to serve with the high levels of service our customers expect.
