The Parramatta Toyota Courtesy Bus will take you within a 5km radius of our Service Centre.
Will it pick me up again?
Yes! Just let the driver know what time you’d like to be picked up, and they will return to the same location to collect you.
What are the hours of operation of the Courtesy Bus?
Our Courtesy Bus runs from 7:30 AM to 3:45 PM, Monday to Friday.
Is the Courtesy Bus able to accommodate carers with small children that require a car seat or booster?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the variety of child car seats and boosters required for different ages, as well as the time needed to fit them safely, we are unable to offer this service.

Approximately every 20 - 30 minutes, however depending on traffic and the amount of customers being dropped off this can be longer. Please allow extra time to get to your destination if you are utilising the Courtesy Bus.

Service Availability
The Courtesy Bus operates Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:45 PM.
Departures are approximately every 20–30 minutes, but timing may vary due to traffic and customer demand.
Pick-Up & Drop-Off
The bus will return to the same drop-off location for pick-up, provided the driver has been informed in advance. Customers must be ready at the agreed pick-up time to avoid delays.
Child Safety
